In addition to networking, we also were invited to propose for changes for the coming program period. Thoughts that came up were among other things:
- Today you risk locking in your own region. Open up for collaborations between different parts of the country.
- Be consistent in looking at company groups. Today, businesses that operate in several companies cannot use people from different companies in a project, while looking at the whole group when talking about ”statsstöd”.
- Increase support for overhead expenses.
- Today you get different answers from different supervisors about what ”negligible support” may be used for.
